| Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:30 am. DEPOSIT POLICY A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations 100% Deposit required on 1 Night Stay 50% Deposit required within 5 days of reservation to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be made by personal check or money order. We do not accept credit cards. The deposit applies to the full amount of your stay, the balance is due upon arrival After your deposit has been received, you will be sent a letter of confirmation. |

| Cancellations |
| Deposits are fully refundable 2 weeks prior to arrival. Shortened reservations are handled as cancellations and are subject to the same policy. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of check-in day (4pm), Deposit can be refunded if we can refill the entire vacancy. If we can not re-book the vacancy, the Balance due is still required. This policy applies in the event that you must cancel, change the dates, shorten your stay or make any other change to your confirmed reservation. |
